This is the farmhouse that I grew up in with the barn in the background.  Mom took this picture this morning and I thought I would post it.  The upstairs window you see was my bedroom window. 

It's been a pretty uneventful day around here.  Rich let me sleep in and he got up with the kids, which was wonderful.  Sometimes you just need that extra little bit of sleep, you know?  I made some peanut butter fudge last night & we are thinking about putting up our Christmas tree today.  I love this time of year, it is so wonderful.
