THROAT STATUS:  White patches almost gone.  No longer feels like someone is ripping my tonsils out with a cocktail fork.  Pain downgraded to *moderate*  I am able to not take ibuprofen today, so that is good.

EMOTIONAL STATUS:  Better than I've been since this whole thing started.  Things are pretty much back to normal around here and I'm happy about that.  Although I am still very sad that little Quinn won't be a part of our earthly family, I look forward to the next situation that God throws our way.

CHILDREN STATUS:   Jared is good.  He went to the St. Patrick's day dance at his little school last night and had a blast.  He said his "girlfriend" had "the moves."  Yikes!  hahaha....She apparently can dance good.  Klara is doing good.  I have two great pictures of her that the preschool teachers gave me the other day:

Pretty cute, even if she is mine, huh!?  I was happy that the preschool teachers rescued these as I was in no condition to go and look at them.  I was tickled.

Will woke up this morning, according to Rich, and felt hot and seemed to have a sore throat.  He was fine after he had some motrin.  I guess if he is no better by tomorrow then he gets a special visit to the doctors for some antibiotics too.  Let's hope it's nothing.

HUSBAND STATUS:  No longer eating out of the garbage can.  He is feeling a bit better, as well, and is looking very forward to going to work tomorrow to "get some rest."  He's been home a bit more than I think he would care to be.  He loves us...but ya know how it is.

I started something that I have always threatened to do.  I started Christmas shopping!  I have always maintained that it would be a wonderful idea to pick things up throughout the year that are on sale, etc and that way we wouldn't be overwhelmed at Christmas.  I found my mother-in-law and my mom two great gifts quite by accident and they were on sale for a super duper price.  I now have them taken care of!  Yay me!  So I am trying to keep my eyes peeled, now, for good deals throughout the year.  I think this is gonna be fun!
